Job Title: HGV Workshop Supervisor Location: Bristol Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum Job Type: Permanent or Temporary Available What’s on offer as a HGV Workshop Supervisor?: Salary up to £50,000 • Increased holiday allowance, further increased with service. • Ongoing training and development opportunities. • Comprehensive employee benefits package. • Friendly and supportive workshop environment. • Clear opportunities for career progression within a growing business. • Enhanced overtime rates.As a HGV Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for: Supervising and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the HGV workshop, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard. • Allocating jobs to HGV Technicians and monitoring progress to ensure vehicles are maintained and returned to service within agreed timescales. • Supporting Technicians with technical queries and assisting with complex fault diagnosis and repairs where required. • Ensuring all vehicles are maintained to a safe, roadworthy and compliant standard.To be successful in this role as a HGV Workshop Supervisor, you should have: Previous experience working as a HGV Workshop Supervisor or in a senior HGV Technician position is essential. • Previous experience supervising or leading a team of HGV Technicians. • Apprentice trained and qualified to City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent). • A full UK driving licence. • Class 1 or Class 2 licence would be advantageous.To apply for this HGV Workshop Supervisor role, please submit your CV via this advert or contact Ben Keith at Holt Recruitment on (phone number removed).
