The Opportunity
Based primarily on projects across the west of Edinburgh, you will take a key leadership role overseeing building services delivery across a diverse portfolio of schemes, including:

• Education developments
• Defence-sector infrastructure
• Commercial construction projects

The Role
As Building Services Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the coordination and delivery of all MEP services, with a strong focus on electrical packages
• Managing subcontractors and specialist supply chain partners to ensure programme, quality, and safety standards are met
• Working closely with project and commercial teams to drive best practice and value engineering solutions
• Providing technical leadership across the lifecycle of projects-from pre-construction through to handover
This role will see you operating as a key figure within the delivery team, influencing both outcomes and culture on site.
