Our client is a highly regarded fine dining restaurant in Bedfordshire, celebrated for its refined modern British menus, outstanding seasonal produce, and warm yet polished hospitality. They are now searching for a talented Sous Chef to play a key role within their highly skilled kitchen brigade.

Due to the location, your own transport will be required.
Whats in it for you as the Sous Chef
£38,000 per annum plus circa £5,000 to £7,000 service charge
28 days holiday
Support with relocation if required
5 days per week with only 3 evening services
2 full days off and 2 evenings off every week

Experience within Michelin-starred or 3 AA Rosette kitchens is essential
A confident and organised chef who can support and lead a professional brigade
A real passion for modern British cuisine and high-quality seasonal ingredients
Someone driven, calm under pressure, and eager to continue developing their career
A positive personality with a collaborative approach to service
Responsibilities
Working closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional fine dining dishes
Supporting the day-to-day management of the kitchen and ensuring smooth service
Helping train and motivate junior chefs within the brigade
Maintaining outstanding standards across preparation, presentation, and hygiene
Assisting with menu development, tastings, and seasonal changes
