Design Manager

I’m currently recruiting on behalf of my client, a regional tier1 main contractor specialising in major projects across the high rise residential and dfe sector a Design Manager in the Derby area. As Design Manager on this project, your responsibilities will include: * Attending and contributing to design meetings * Reviewing designs * Maintaining thorough documentation of the design process * Liaising with clients, architects and external consultants * Managing site audits and creating proactive risk assessments * Ensuring sub-contractor compliance with client specifications * Ensuring project completion in line with programme * Value engineering/ resolving technical and design issues Required: Travel 2 times a week to Sufflok area.
