Proven expertise in highly regulated industries, particularly nuclear energy, it helps deliver complex infrastructure projects that support a low-carbon, sustainable future Job DescriptionCollaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.Partner with managers to address workforce planning and organisational development needs.Support change management initiatives in a global, matrix-ed environment.Deliver HR generalist support, including performance management, talent development, and succession planning.Analyse HR data to inform strategic decision-making and improve employee engagement.Ensure consistency in HR practices across the organisation while adapting to local requirements.Collaborate with global teams to align HR initiatives and share best practices.The Successful Applicant A successful People Business Partner should have:Proven experience in an HR business partner or generalist role, ideally within industrial or manufacturing environments.Strong expertise in employee relations and strategic HR initiatives.Experience working in a global, matrixed organisation.Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Excellent analytical skills to interpret HR data and drive informed decisions.Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and best practices.What's on OfferSalary ranging from 65,000 to 70,000, dependent on the level of experience.Permanent role based in London (2 days in office).Additional benefits offered by the employer.If you're interested in this role, apply now.People are at the heart of Michael Page.
