Warehouse First Line Manager (AM)

Here at GXO Logistics, we’re looking for five WarehouseFirst Line Managers to join our new retail operation in Northampton. This is a purpose-designed, dedicated site servicing over 250+ stores, where speed, accuracy and service are critical—and where you’ll play a key role in delivering shift performance across a high-volume, MHE-heavy environment. Working as part of the operational leadership team, you’ll lead, coach and develop a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring products are processed, picked and despatched efficiently, accurately and safely to meet customer requirements.

This is a full-time, permanent position working on a rotating shift pattern (06:00 – 14:00 / Sunday–Thursday & Monday–Friday). Flexibility will be required to support a 24/7 operation when needed, this is logistics after all!
