Senior Consulting Engineer

We have over 180 employees that we are proud to have represent us, operating from our offices in Belfast, Dublin, south Manchester and Glasgow. As the business grows from strength to strength, we are now looking to further extend our team by recruiting a Senior or Lead Consultant, qualified to degree level, with extensive power generation plant/process plant experience. This role will be based from our Stockport office with mainly UK and limited Irish travel.

We seek:

• a good degree in Mechanical Engineering (or close equivalent field);
• a Chartered Engineer;
• significant project management experience of thermal, renewable or process plant projects;
• detailed experience gained in operations, commissioning or complex construction roles;
• thorough understanding of all relevant UK engineering standards;
• familiarity with health and safety and process safety principles;
• practical experience of consultancy processes; production of professional reports, P&ID's, engineering software/models, client and contractor liaison.
• strong analytical and communication skills;
• full right to work in the UK with no visa restrictions;
