Data Reporting Administrator

Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a dynamic, growing, business based in Sutton Coldfield who are looking for a temporary Data Reporting Administrator, to join their team friendly and dynamic team on a 16 week temporary assignment. Reward * £13.00 per hour * Hybrid working – 3 days from home 2 days in the office * Temporary to permanent * Monday – Friday – 8am – 4pm * Holiday accrued in addition to the hourly rate * Free parking Job role * Actioning the incoming emails and making sure all the jobs are loaded as required * Data is loaded in a timely manner * Reports are delivered as agreed in the SLAs * Following operational processes followed to ensure data is loaded correctly. * Operational processes up to date, distributed and version controlled * Working with the call centre so they know what jobs are being loaded and what capacity they will require. * Delivering first time resolution when asked to resolve a data entry query. * Producing and distributing daily reports for MIS customers. * Working with customers to cleanse reports and keep distribution lists up to date. Any other telephone and/or administration duties essential to enable the smooth operation of MIS. * Managing Distractions Skills and experience * Experience in a similar role * Strong MS Excel skills * Excellent accuracy and attention to detail Please Note: We do not contact or write to unsuccessful candidates.
