Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 Dependent on Experience
Hours: Mon Friday 8.30 6pm/ Saturday 8.30 3.00 5 Day week
Licence and own car required

Our client, a highly respected independent Estate Agency, is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their vibrant team in Deptford.

Duties
Manage a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties, ensuring high standards of service and compliance.
Schedule, coordinate, and conduct property management inspections, identifying maintenance requirements and potential risks.
Liaise with contractors to obtain quotations, coordinate repairs, and oversee the completion of maintenance works.
Provide property owners with advice on maintenance planning, budgeting, and property enhancement opportunities.
Negotiate and coordinate tenancy renewals, ensuring all agreements are completed accurately and on time.
Prepare tenancy agreements and associated documentation in accordance with current legislation.
Conduct tenant referencing and suitability assessments.
Collect, verify, and process documentation from landlords and tenants, maintaining accurate records.
Manage tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition and compliance with company procedures.
Carry out regular property inspections and produce detailed reports for landlords.
Ensure properties remain compliant with relevant housing legislation, regulatory requirements, and local authority standards.
