We're looking for a Senior Wealth Planning Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to Wealth Planners, ensuring smooth client onboarding, meeting coordination, and first-class client outcomes. What you'll do Support Wealth Planners with client administration, meeting preparation, and post-meeting actions Handle new business processing, CDD, and accurate application paperwork Act as first point of contact for client queries and coordinate with central services Maintain accurate client records on XPlan and associated systems Assist with training junior team members and contribute to process improvements What we're looking for Strong experience in wealth planning administration or similar client-facing financial services role Good knowledge of financial planning products and processes Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail Proficient in MS Word/Excel; XPlan and Voyant experience desirable Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Proactive team player with excellent client service focus What's on offer Key role within a professional, client-focused wealth management team Opportunity to mentor junior staff and drive process improvements Clear progression opportunities within wealth planning Supportive environment with ongoing professional development Perfect for an ambitious wealth planning professional ready to take the next step.
