Service Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Service Analyst with strong TSA experience to support a technology transformation programme. The role will focus on analysing, documenting and coordinating IT services throughout the transition process, with particular emphasis on Transition Service Agreements, service requirements and operational readiness.

6 month Initial Contract Hybrid Working (1-2 days per week), London Or Manchester Outside IR35 Immediate Start

What you'll be doing

Support the management and analysis of Transition Service Agreements (TSAs). Gather and analyse information relating to existing and transitioning IT services. Work with technical teams, service owners and stakeholders to understand service requirements. Document services, responsibilities, processes and operational requirements. Identify gaps, dependencies and risks within TSA and transition activities. Support Service Design and Transition activities across the programme. Help ensure services are ready for operational handover and BAU. Maintain TSA, service and operational documentation. Track actions, requirements, risks and outstanding transition activities. Support service acceptance and operational readiness reviews. Assist with stakeholder workshops and transition meetings. Produce reports, analysis and management information. Help identify improvements to service processes and transition activities.

What we're looking for

Strong experience working with TSAs/Transition Service Agreements. Experience as a Service Analyst, Service Management Analyst, Business Analyst or similar. Experience within Service Management, Service Transition or technology transformation. Strong analytical, documentation and requirements-gathering skills. Understanding of ITIL / Service Management principles. Experience working with technical and operational stakeholders. Good understanding of service transition, operational readiness and BAU handover. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Confident analysing complex service information and identifying gaps or dependencies.
