We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Manager to join an established and growing technical business based in Derbyshire.

This is a hands-on management role, responsible for leading an established sales team, driving commercial performance and supporting continued business growth.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Leading, coaching and developing a national sales team
• Driving performance against revenue and margin targets
• Managing sales pipelines, KPIs and forecasting
• Supporting key accounts and high-value opportunities
• Identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth
• Working closely with internal operational teams to ensure customer requirements can be delivered
• Improving sales processes, conversion and overall team performance

About You

We are looking for someone with:

• Previous experience in a Sales Manager or similar leadership position
• Experience within a technical, industrial or engineering-led environment
• A proven track record of improving sales performance
• Strong commercial, negotiation and account management skills
