Overview

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Compliance Manager to lead property compliance and health and safety activities across a diverse property portfolio.

The role will ensure legal, statutory and regulatory compliance across areas including gas, electrical, fire safety, asbestos, water hygiene, lifting equipment and building safety. You will lead compliance programmes, manage contractors and budgets, monitor performance and provide expert advice to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities'

Leadership & Management

Lead and develop the compliance team, providing clear direction and support.
Drive continuous improvement and implement changes to health, safety and compliance processes.
Provide expert advice and support to managers and stakeholders across the organisation.
Promote effective cross-functional working and a positive health and safety culture.

Property Compliance

Ensure policies, processes and compliance activities remain aligned with current legislation and best practice.
Oversee building safety and maintain accurate compliance and safety information.
