Production & Stores Supervisor

The Production & Stores Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating daily manufacturing and stores operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality production of engineered products. The role involves supervising production & stores team members, optimising workflow and resource utilisation, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring pick & production schedules, quality standards, and customer requirements are consistently achieved, while promoting a culture of safety, quality, teamwork, and respect for people.
