Class 1 CurtainsiderTramper Driver

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled HGV Class 1 Driver to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to safety and efficiency while delivering customers assets to various locations. This role requires timely and accurate deliveries, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Responsibilities

Conduct pre-shift and post-shift checks of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
Load and unload cargo securely, ensuring that all items are transported safely.
Maintain accurate records for deliveries, and delivery confirmations.
Communicate effectively with Planning team and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during operations.

Experience

Previous experience as a delivery driver is a must, showcasing an understanding of logistics operations.
A valid CE driving licence is required, along with a clean driving record and up-to-date Driver CPC.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining accurate delivery records.
Excellent communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with team members and clients.
