The successful Deputy SENCO will contribute to EHCP/EHCNA processes, annual reviews, referrals, Personal Learning Plans, parental communication and targeted interventions. The Deputy SENCO will also help ensure students receive appropriate support and that effective communication is maintained between staff, families and external professionals.
