As the Toddler Room Leader, you will spearhead the learning, care, and development of our wonderful toddlers aged 18 months to 2.25 years. Your Role & Responsibilities * Lead the Room: Oversee the daily operations of the toddler room, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. * Team Management: Guide, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team of up to 8 practitioners. * Curriculum Planning: Deliver creative, age-appropriate activities tailored to children aged 18 months to 2 and a quarter. * Parent Partnerships: Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and carers through excellent communication. * Safeguarding: Maintain the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and compliance with EYFS guidelines. What We Are Looking For * Qualifications: A minimum Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification (or equivalent/above). * Leadership Experience: Ideally, proven experience managing or supervising a team of up to 8 staff members. * Right to Work: You must hold the legal right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available for this role).
