Team Leader

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join our team supporting our People Campus, predominately in the Sherburn area with occasional responsibilities in the Doncaster area. As a Team Leader supporting our people campus youeffectively support in managing a team of circa 100 warehouse staff members across GXO sites within the Sherburn and Doncaster Area, ensuring that the team are managed well, are motivated, highly trained, coached and supported. You will collaborate with the management teams across the sites, ensuring that the team are deployed where the greatest need is and are consistently delivering high-performance levels.

Our People Campus team supports multiple operations within their area. You will be partnering with leaders and colleagues to create positive, inclusive, and a high-performing work force.
