Resource/Compliance Consultant

We have an exciting opportunity to join our long-established and successful Southampton branch in Ocean Village. Resource/Compliance Consultant This is a varied role combining candidate resourcing, relationship management and compliance. You will play an essential part in attracting high-quality teachers and support staff while ensuring they are fully cleared and ready to work in schools. Daily activities will include Advertising vacancies across job boards and social media Searching for and approaching suitable teachers and support staff Conducting candidate registration and screening interviews Building strong relationships with new and existing candidates Collecting and verifying references and employment history Processing DBS checks, right-to-work documentation and qualification checks Ensuring all safeguarding and compliance requirements are completed Maintaining accurate candidate records on our internal database Supporting consultants with available candidates and urgent school requirements Keeping candidates updated throughout the registration and placement process We are looking for someone who is organised, confident and proactive, with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. You will need to work well in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable managing several priorities at once. Previous recruitment, compliance, education or customer service experience would be beneficial, although full training and ongoing support will be provided.
