A growing multi-site business is looking for a commercially focused Senior Management Accountant to support financial performance across three sites. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful organisation in a varied role combining management reporting, business partnering, financial control, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts and weekly P&L reporting.
Produce KPI analysis and performance insights for senior management.
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
Complete balance sheet reconciliations and maintain financial controls.
Coordinate year-end audits and statutory reporting.
Partner with operational managers to support decision-making.
Support and develop finance and administration team members.
About You Experience in a Management Accountant or Senior Management Accountant role.
Strong management accounting, reporting, and analytical skills.
Excellent Excel and financial systems knowledge.
Able to communicate effectively with non-finance stakeholders.
ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified or QBE.
