HGV Class 2 Dustcart Driver Got People is inviting applications from experienced HGV Class 2 Dustcart Drivers to join our client’s team based in the Letchworth area. This role involves the safe and efficient operation of HGV dustcarts, alongside providing support to loaders when required. Key Requirements A minimum of 18 months’ recent HGV driving experience (Category C). Demonstrable experience operating dustcarts safely and effectively. Ability to follow planned collection routes accurately and efficiently. Willingness and capability to assist with loading duties as necessary. Possession of a full UK driving licence, CPC qualification, and DIGI tachograph cards. Availability to work weekends, particularly to cover catch-up rounds during bank holiday weeks. No more than six penalty points on the driving licence (excluding DR or IN offences). Ownership of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including high-visibility clothing, ballistic trousers, and safety boots. Flexibility to complete routes safely and reliably, adapting to operational requirements.
