Oliver Sanderson is partnered on a retained basis with a global FM business to appoint a Senior Operations Manager to lead a significant multi-contract operation across Lincolnshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded operational leader with the ability to drive service excellence, improve performance, develop high-performing teams and build strong client relationships across a diverse contract portfolio.

Reporting to the Assistant Operations Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational performance of multiple contracts, ensuring service delivery, health & safety compliance, client satisfaction and commercial objectives are consistently achieved.

You will:

• Lead multi-contract operations and service delivery.
• Own P&L performance and profitability.
• Build and develop high-performing teams.
• Manage key client and stakeholder relationships.
• Drive compliance, health & safety and operational excellence.
• Deliver contract growth and service improvement.
• Lead mobilisation, transformation and change.

You will bring:

• Senior leadership experience within Grounds Maintenance, Environmental Services, FM, Utilities, Highways or similar sectors.
• Strong commercial and P&L management expertise.
• Experience managing complex, multi-site contracts.
• Proven leadership of geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent operational and strategic capability.
• Sound health, safety and compliance knowledge.
• A hands-on leadership style focused on performance and growth.
