Business Systems Lead

Business Systems Lead Temp to Perm | Fully Remote | £40,000-£45,000 permanent salary October Start Merrifield Consultants are working with a national charity providing frontline services across health, social care and community support to recruit a Business Systems Lead. The organisation uses five case management systems, including CarePath, Halo and In-Form, alongside other internal systems. The role will initially take ownership of a defined group of these systems and help bring a more consistent approach to how they are managed across the organisation. You will be responsible for: day-to-day ownership of key business systems user access, permissions, configuration and troubleshooting working with software suppliers on issues, changes and improvements supporting local System/Data Administrators across different services helping improve data quality and system governance supporting system upgrades, testing, migrations and integrations working alongside the BI and data team, with some understanding of Power BI and Microsoft FabricWe are looking for someone with solid experience in systems or applications administration who is ready to step into broader ownership. You should have experience of business or case management systems, permissions, system configuration, supplier management and supporting non-technical users. Experience in charity, health, social care, housing, criminal justice or another service-led environment would be useful. Please apply today.
