In this role, you will primarily focus on condition surveys while also supporting wider Building Surveying projects. You will carry out site inspections, prepare reports and specifications, assist with contract administration, contribute to project delivery and gain valuable experience across the full project lifecycle while receiving structured APC support. The ideal candidate will have some Building Surveying or Condition Surveying experience, strong technical knowledge and a genuine desire to continue developing professionally.
