Managing Refusal of Care or Emotional Distress Describe how you would respond if a service user refused care, was reluctant to try a task independently, or became upset or distressed. Cleary explain what happened, any risks involved, how you assessed and managed those risks, and the overall outcome for the service user. The grade for these posts is Grade 2 level 3 -£18.34 - £18.85 per hour. As this is a shift working post, you will receive an additional 1 or 2 increment (depending on your shift pattern) and this will be consolidated into your salary. This role will require flexible evening and weekend working. For all shifts, the morning shift can start between 7am and 8am, and backshift can end between 9pm and 11pm.
