• Full-time Trainee Art Teacher salaried training role
• Salary: £28,000 per year
• Start date: September 2026
• One-year programme leading to QTS
• Teaching and supporting Art across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Ongoing mentoring and classroom support throughout the Trainee Art Teacher year

  Candidate Requirements

• 2:1 minimum degree in Art, Fine Art, Graphic Design or a related subject
• Strong A Level results in Art or a creative subject
• Genuine interest in training as a teacher
• Resilient, professional and able to manage challenging behaviour positively
• Strong communication skills and a calm approach in the classroom
• Previous experience working with young people is beneficial but not essential
