Branch Manager - Profit Share & Car Allowance

LBS Builders Merchants Ltd in Carmarthen is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to run the branch efficiently, profitably, and with a strong customer focus. You will report to the Regional Operations Manager and lead by example.

You will oversee daily operations, drive sales growth, manage stock, purchasing, and merchandising, and ensure compliance with health and safety policies. You will develop your team through recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
