This is a great opportunity to play an integral role within a friendly, family run business who are known for the quality of their product.  This role will suit an experienced Operations Manager (or similar) with experience of working in a fast-paced industry. You will need strong people management experience, experience leading strategic initiatives and driving businesses forward.  The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing site activities at the company’s location in Oswestry. This will include overseeing a production mill, transport activities, engineering and CAPEX.  The Operations Manager Role:  · Overseeing a site of approximately 200 staff · Oversight of production mill, transport activities, engineering and CAPEX · Promote a high-performance culture · Days based hours with some weekend flexibility required · Reporting KPIs to board of directors The Operations Manager Candidate:  · Experienced in a fast-paced production environment · Leadership experience · Experience improving processes and best practices
