You'll manage a varied caseload of higher value estates, driving matters forward efficiently while maintaining exceptional service standards and mitigating risk.The role:Lead on complex estate administration and probate matters from start to finishDraft estate accounts and handle sensitive or escalated cases with confidenceBuild trusted relationships with clients and professional partners through clear, compassionate communicationMentor and develop junior colleagues, setting the standard for quality and serviceYou'll bring strong technical expertise (ideally STEP/TEP or working towards) and a proactive, client first mindset.
