Maintenance Electrician – Inverness 📍 Static Site 💰 Up to £42,000 + Company Vehicle 🕒 Monday – Friday | No On-Call FM Search & Select are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a long-standing Facilities Management contract based on a static site in Inverness. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established FM business that has held this contract successfully for many years, offering stability, strong team support, and genuine long-term career progression. The successful candidate will work as the lead on-site engineer within a critical environment, taking ownership of electrical maintenance while supporting wider FM and building maintenance tasks across the site. This is a client-facing role where building strong working relationships and delivering a high standard of service will be key. The Role * Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance * Supporting additional FM and general building maintenance tasks on site * Working independently as the main on-site engineer * Maintaining compliance and completing all associated paperwork and reports * Supporting the smooth operation of a critical environment * Building strong relationships with the client and site teams * Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard Requirements * Qualified Electrician with relevant electrical qualifications * Previous experience within FM or Building Services maintenance * Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience * Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively * Good client-facing and communication skills * Full UK Driving Licence * Ability to pass enhanced vetting and security clearance due to the nature of the site Package * Salary up to £42,000 DOE * Company vehicle with personal use * Monday – Friday role * No on-call rota * Stable long-term contract * Strong team environment and support network * Ongoing training, development, and progression opportunities This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to join a business that genuinely invests in its engineers and can offer a long-term career path within Facilities Management
