Service Designer Contract | Inside IR35 | Immediate Start | Mid-Market Rate We're currently looking for an experienced Service Designer to join one of our leading Telecommunications clients on an exciting transformation programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and improve end-to-end customer experiences across a range of products and services, working within cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful outcomes for customers and the business. Key Requirements We're looking for a Service Designer who can demonstrate: Strong experience working across multiple products, services, or customer journeys. A proven track record of delivering measurable customer and user impact , with clear examples of how their work improved outcomes, engagement, efficiency, or satisfaction. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels. Deep expertise in creating and maintaining detailed service blueprints and mapping complex service ecosystems. experience designing holistic end-to-end experiences that consider people, processes, technology, and operational requirements. A highly collaborative approach, working effectively with Product Managers, UX Designers, Researchers, Delivery teams, and business stakeholders. Strong understanding and application of Human-Centred Design (HCD) principles and methodologies. What You'll Be Doing Designing and improving customer-centric services across a portfolio of telecom products. Creating service blueprints, journey maps, and other service design artefacts. Identifying pain points and opportunities through research and stakeholder engagement. Collaborating across teams to align business objectives with customer needs. Driving service improvements that deliver measurable value for customers and users. Supporting product and transformation initiatives through strategic service design thinking.
