EHS Advisor - Specialist Contractor - Greater London/South (Hybrid)

GDS Partners are recruiting an EHS Advisor on behalf of a leading Specialist Contractor for a permanent position covering Greater London and the South of England. About the Role ✅ Hybrid role covering Greater London & the South ✅ Regular site visits per month plus regular visits to the Southern Head Office ✅ £60,000 - £65,000 + Comprehensive Package (DOE) ✅ Company Vehicle or Car Allowance ✅ Permanent position with genuine career progression Main Duties 🔹 Carry out site inspections, audits, and compliance checks across multiple projects. 🔹 Review RAMS and ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation. 🔹 Support Project and Site Managers with day-to-day EHS matters. 🔹 Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions. 🔹 Deliver inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings. 🔹 Produce reports and promote continuous improvement across all sites. Requirements ✔️ NEBOSH Construction or NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent). ✔️ Previous Health & Safety experience within construction. ✔️ Experience with a Specialist Contractor, Subcontractor, or Principal Contractor is advantageous. ✔️ Strong communication skills and a proactive approach. ✔️ Full UK Driving Licence and right to work in the UK.
