The Role - Team Leader (Full Time, 35 Hours Per Week)

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to join our John Lewis team in Cambridge. Reporting to the Regional Business Manager, you will be skincare obsessed with a passion for delivering outstanding customer care and achieving sales targets. As an expert in skincare, you will be able to talk confidently about the skin and recommend appropriate products for your customer. You must be comfortable and confident with applying product onto customers faces and conducting on counter mini facials which you will receive training on.
