Van Driver Location: Near Reading, Berkshire Type: Immediate start Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Contract: Temporary to Permanent Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour We are currently recruiting for a 3.5t Van Driver to join a well-established and growing company based in Reading. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and professional driver looking to secure a long-term position, with the potential to become permanent following a successful temporary period. The Role As a Van Driver, you will be responsible for delivering goods safely and efficiently to customers while providing excellent service and representing the company in a professional manner. Key Responsibilities Deliver goods to customers in a timely and safe manner Load and unload the vehicle as required Complete delivery paperwork accurately Carry out vehicle checks and report any defects Maintain high standards of customer service Follow all company procedures and road safety regulations Requirements Full, Clean UK Driving Licence (essential) Previous van driving experience preferred DBS certificate or willingness to undergo a DBS check Good communication and customer service skills Strong organisational and time-management abilities Reliable, punctual and professional approach Ability to work independently What We Offer Immediate start available Monday to Friday working hours No weekend work Weekly pay Supportive and friendly working environmentIf you are an experienced and dependable Van Driver looking for your next opportunity, we would like to hear from you.
