HGV Class 2 Driver ( CAT C ) warehouse person

Franklin Steel Ltd are a leading distributor of steel, industrial supplies and industrial gases throughout South West Scotland and the Borders region.

We are looking to recruit an additional individual for HGV multidrop driving and warehouse duties in a busy distribution and production warehouse.

The ideal person must have a hands on and flexible approach to work, must also be prepared to help in the warehouse as and when required.

An HGV Class 2 ( Cat C ) licence is the minimum requirement, ADR and forklift licence would be an advantage but not essential.

Hours of work

Monday to Friday 7.30 am to 5.00 pm.

Multi drop local deliveries.

Industrial Gas product deliveries.

Overtime will be required.

Home every night, no nights away and no weekend work.

Heavy lifting is involved for this position so please bear this in mind when applying.

The position may also suit a self employed individual on a part time basis.
