Assistant Restaurant Manager: Lead Service & Events

THE CAPITOL KEMPINSKI HOTEL SINGAPORE is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager who will enhance the guest experience by managing a service team. This role includes supervising staff, ensuring high service standards, and driving revenue within the restaurant. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in hospitality, be warm and interpersonal, and possess great leadership skills.

You will also be responsible for maintaining health and safety standards, conducting monthly inventory, and acting as duty manager when required.
