Senior Account Manager, Technology Talent & Training for Banking & Financial Services | £60,000-£85,000 base, circa £160,000 OTE uncapped with accelerator | City of London

Our client is a fast-growing, PE-backed technology talent and training business, one of the UK's leading names in the space, and they're building out their Financial Services practice with a Senior Account Manager to own and grow relationships across some of the world's biggest investment banks.

The opportunity

Major financial institutions are under real pressure to build technology and change capability without expanding permanent headcount. Our client's model solves that problem directly, and it's landed real accounts because of it: they're already embedded with several major UK banks, and there's a clear mandate to break into the very top tier of global investment banking.

The role

This is a genuine hunter and farmer seat. You'll be growing existing accounts while opening new ones, running the full commercial cycle from first conversation through to close. The proposition has real depth: trained consultants placed on flexible engagements, alongside an upskilling offer for banks who can't add headcount. That gives you two credible entry points into every client conversation, not just one.
