Contracts Administrator – Tower Hamlets Full-time, permanent | Salary dependent on experience | Office-based Polyteck Building Services is looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our growing team at our head office in Tower Hamlets. Supporting a number of M&E contracts across London, this role would suit a confident and organised individual with strong attention to detail. Previous administration experience required. What you'll get * Competitive salary dependent on experience * 25 days annual leave + bank holidays * Pension scheme * Friendly and supportive working environment * Company training and upskilling * Opportunities for growth and development What you'll be doing * Allocate jobs to engineers using our bespoke software * Process orders and maintain accurate job records * Keep paperwork and contract documentation up to date in line with company SLAs * Provide general administrative support to management * Assist with day-to-day office administration * Communicate with engineers and internal teams to support smooth delivery of works What we're looking for * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail * Good written and verbal English * Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel * Confident and professional communication skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities * Previous administrative experience is essential This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in the building services and M&E business.
