Role As a Senior or Principal Structural Engineer, you will play a key role in leading projects from concept through to completion, managing client relationships, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to the strategic growth of the structural team. Responsibilities include: Leading the design and delivery of structural engineering projects Managing project programmes, budgets, and resources Producing and reviewing structural calculations, reports, and drawings Working closely with clients, architects, and multidisciplinary teams Mentoring and developing junior engineers and technicians Supporting business development activities and helping to grow client relationships Ensuring projects are delivered to the highest technical and quality standards About you We are keen to hear from engineers who possess: A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Extensive experience within a structural engineering consultancy environment Strong knowledge of steel, concrete, masonry, and timber design Experience leading projects and managing client relationships Excellent communication and leadership skills Chartered status (MIStructE or MICE) or working towards chartership A proactive and commercially aware approach What's on offer?
