ERP Junior Business Analyst

Job Summary 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, ERP Analyst, or similar role• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite• Experience working with Sales and Finance stakeholders in a cross-functional environment• Experience in an international business environment is a plusRoles and Responsibilities:Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to gather validate and document business requirementsDevelop and maintain key architectural artifacts including business capability maps and value stream mapsLead workshops and stakeholder discussions focused on requirement gathering negotiation and consensus buildingEnsure all business architecture deliverables meet quality standards and align with industry best practicesDrive the analysis and design phases of business architecture within transformation projectsAct as a vocal clientfacing representative demonstrating excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsCollaborate across multiple geographies including UK Europe and India to support global initiativesMentor junior business architects and contribute to team capability development
