This is an exciting opportunity to work with major investors, landlords and occupiers across a wide range of commercial property instructions, within a collaborative, high-performing environment.You’ll be involved in both professional and project-driven workstreams, with genuine opportunities to grow your technical expertise, take ownership of client relationships and contribute to the evolution of our London offering.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver a full range of core Building Surveying services, including:Dilapidations (landlord & tenant)Technical Due Diligence (TDD)Contract Administration & Employer’s Agent dutiesPlanned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)Reinstatement Cost Assessments (RCA)Schedules of ConditionBuilding pathology, defect analysis and reportingAdditional responsibilities include:Managing and nurturing client relationships across the portfolioSupporting and mentoring junior surveyorsCollaborating closely with colleagues across PDS, Valuation, Agency and Asset ServicesContributing to business development and wider team initiativesWorking on regional and pan-European projects where requiredSkills & ExperienceMRICS-qualified with relevant commercial consultancy experienceStrong grounding in core Building Surveying professional servicesExcellent communication, negotiation and client-facing skillsHighly organised with strong report writing capabilityProactive, adaptable and comfortable managing multiple instructionsAble to work independently while contributing to a positive team cultureExperience with investor, developer and occupier clients is desirableWhy Join Us?Access to major blue-chip clients and landmark London projectsHybrid working with flexibility around site, office and homeClear progression pathway with tailored CPD supportCompetitive salary, bonus scheme and benefitsA supportive, people-first culture backed by a global platformCushman & Wakefield is an equal opportunity / affirmative action employer.
