The Royal Automobile Club is an exclusive world-class private members club, with two stunning clubhouses in London and Epsom. Providing a first-class service offering accommodation, dining, sports and leisure facilities for the enjoyment of our members and guests.
This role is based in our Epsom clubhouse in the Fountain Brasserie, open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
40 hours per week working 8 hours 5 days per week over a 7 day period.

Purpose of the role:
Our exclusive clubhouse in Epsom is looking for an experienced, organised and detail-oriented Chef de Rang to join us in one of our exquisite restaurants. Working with a fantastic team you will be passionate about delivering the best experience to our members.
Responsibilities:
Deliver an outstanding dining experience with high levels of customer service and professionalism.
Communicate effectively to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment.
About you:
Proven experience in delivering 5-star service in a similar setting.
Passionate about providing first-class customer service.
A true team player with excellent communication skills.
Basic Food Hygiene Level 1 and 2 certifications.
Knowledge of Licensing Laws.
