Job ID: 15664Salary: to 78,000 plus packageLocation: LondonRegion: LondonTechnical Manager urgently required for a large mix use type scheme in Nine Elms London.The scheme consists of around 900 residential units, a large number of commercial and retail on the ground floor.The project is part way thorough and is a site based role.This role will suit someone from an architectural background who has moved into Technical Coordination and then Technical Management with either a Developer or a major housebuilder.There are many design challenges on this scheme which include value engineering and architectural changes and site optimisation to always maximise the return from such a scheme, including additional staircase/ fire escape for a building of this size.It is a high tempo busy role which has many rewards for the right individual.You will have needed to have worked on major residential led construction projects at either a house builder, developer or consultancy.
