Project Manager - High-End Residential

Our client is a highly regarded residential developer with a strong pipeline of major schemes across London and the South East. With continued growth and several projects progressing through the pipeline, they are looking to strengthen their team with an experienced Project Manager. Working on behalf of UHNW private clients, the business specialises in exceptional one off residences, including luxury town houses, mansions and private estates. Their portfolio includes projects across some of London’s most sought after locations. The quality of their work is genuinely at the very top end of the residential construction market. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to become an important part of the construction team. There is genuine scope for progression within the business, making this particularly attractive to someone looking to take greater responsibility and establish themselves as a key figure within the construction team. The Role Reporting directly to the Construction Director, responsibilities will include: * Taking responsibility for the successful delivery of high-end residential projects * Managing projects from programme through to completion * Managing site teams, direct operatives and specialist subcontractors * Maintaining exceptionally high standards of quality and finish * Working closely with clients, consultants and the wider project team * Managing programme, health & safety, quality and commercial performance * Building strong relationships with the specialist supply chain * Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within agreed budgets The Individual We are keen to speak with individuals who can demonstrate: * Strong experience delivering high-end or super-prime residential projects * A background with a reputable residential contractor or specialist high-end contractor * Excellent understanding of quality, finishes and attention to detail * Strong client-facing and communication skills * The ability to take ownership of projects and lead teams effectively * Ambition to progress within a growing business This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded contractor delivering some of the highest-quality residential projects in the UK, with genuine scope to progress as the business continues to grow
