Corporate & Commercial Paralegal - Direct Training Contract progression | Leading UK Law Firm | Hybrid | Central London

I am working with a highly respected UK Top 100 law firm seeking a driven and ambitious Corporate & Commercial Paralegal to join its Central London team, working closely with high-profile City partners on a broad range of challenging corporate & litigation matters.

This role offers a structured route through to a training contract.

Supporting partners and senior lawyers on corporate transactions, including M&AConducting legal researchDrafting and preparation of legal documents and reports

A strong academic backgroundLPC or SQE 1 completedPrior Commercial and/or Corporate Paralegal experience
