About the role
Situated in the heart of Birminghams Jewellery Quarter, The Button Factory has restored and extended one of the quarters traditional buildings. The venue hosts a spacious 40 seater restaurant, 2 bars, a garden terrace and outside courtyard which can hold up to 350 people. From Sunday Roasts, BBQ dinners, Wedding Receptions to evening drinks, the Button Factory has something for everyone.

As a Chef de Partie you have a responsibility within the operation and key to the success of the business and thus must always carry yourself in a professional manner.
Your tasks will include (but are not necessarily limited to):
Running your allocated area of the kitchen to the highest standard
Supporting the head chef and sous chef in their daily tasks
Be involved with the production and service of all food leaving the kitchen skill level permitting.
Ensuring that the kitchen is kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, accepting, and organizing deliveries. xwzovoh
Adhering to all health and safety and food safety practices particular attention to allergens.
Be a positive member of the team and communicate well with others around you.
