Payroll Administrator Coalisland We are delighted to be partnering with a growing business to recruit a Payroll Administrator for their finance team based in Coalisland. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end payroll across both Northern Ireland and the USA, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with relevant legislation and statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities Process weekly and monthly payrolls across NI and the USA Manage starters, leavers, salary changes, bonuses, overtime and deductions Complete payroll reconciliations and statutory submissions Manage workplace pensions and year-end payroll processes Liaise with HMRC, pension providers and external advisors Handle payroll queries and prepare payroll reports Support payroll audits and process improvements Who We're Looking For Previous end-to-end payroll experience Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, PAYE, NI and pensions Sage Payroll experience US payroll experience would be highly advantageous Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information What's On Offer Competitive salary Pension scheme On-site parking International payroll exposure Genuine long-term career progression Supportive finance team If you're an experienced Payroll Specialist looking for your next opportunity, get in touch with Diarmuid for a confidential discussion.
