The successful candidate will play a key role in maximising portfolio performance, providing strategic property advice, and driving long-term value across the estate.

A Property Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, maintaining a strong understanding of revenue performance, lease events, and local market conditions.
• Apply professional surveying expertise as part of the commercial property team.
• Manage tenant relationships, account enquiries, and rent arrears recovery.
• Conduct regular property and site inspections.
• Oversee all day-to-day property management activities.
• Manage landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals, rent reviews, assignments, subletting, and alterations.
