What youll do: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across electrical building services systems.

Perform fault finding and repairs on lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, control panels, distribution boards, and associated electrical plant.

Undertake routine inspections, testing, and maintenance to ensure all electrical systems remain compliant and operate efficiently.

Support minor installation works, electrical upgrades, and small project tasks as required.

Respond promptly to breakdowns and maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption to building operations.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure all works are completed in line with health & safety and statutory compliance requirements.

What youll bring: City & Guilds / NVQ in an Electrical discipline.

17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.

Experience within commercial building services or facilities maintenance.

Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
