Are you an experienced HR professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting managers and making a genuine difference to people's working lives?

We're looking for a HR Advisor to join our team and play a key role in supporting managers across the organisation. This is a varied and rewarding role where your advice will directly contribute to creating a positive, supportive and high-performing workplace — helping our people do their best work and, ultimately, supporting the young people in our care.

You'll be more than a source of HR advice. You'll be a trusted partner to managers, helping them navigate complex people matters with confidence, fairness and compassion.

What you'll be doing

You'll provide proactive, practical and professional HR advice across the employee lifecycle, balancing organisational needs with our values and commitment to our people.

Your role will include:

• Advising and coaching managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, performance, probation, absence and flexible working.
